HR Specialist

Coordinate new employee onboarding. Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct interviews. Handling employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions. Organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Administering payroll, benefits, and compensation packages. Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with regulations. Analyzing HR data to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Manage employee schedules ensuring alignment with assigned departments. Manage contract invoicing. May be required to complete additional tasks.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related.Knowledge of or experience in Conduct training for onboarding employees; Knowledge of or experience in evaluating applicant information; Able to work overtime, including late nights,weekends, and holidays; Non-smoker on worksite; verifiable references.
